The Bay Area offers multitudes of options for airport transportation (both within and beyond the airports), in which these provide fast, efficient service. And some of these airport shuttles also provide charter services for excursions and events.

Airport Shuttle Vans

These door-to-door shuttles operate from all Bay Area airports to various points in the region. However, these may feel cramped, especially when you carry a lot of baggage.

Marin Airporter

Sonoma County Airport Express

Intra-Airport Transportation

San Francisco International Airport Shuttle Bus
San Francisco International Airport operates an airport shuttle bus service that connects the airport with both short- and long-term parking lots located off the main terminals. These shuttles operate 24 hours a day, everyday.
San Francisco International Airport AirTrain
San Francisco International Airport also operates the AirTrain, a shuttle train service circulating around the premises with two lines (Red Line operates counterclockwise, terminals only; Blue Line operates clockwise through the terminals and serves West Field Road and Rental Car Center), and it operates 24 hours a day, everyday.
Oakland International Airport: AirBART
Since the completion of the new AirBART cable-propelled rail service in Fall 2014, AirBART now runs more frequently than its predecessor bus counterpart, in which while it may cost more to ride (add $6 to your BART ticket fare), it runs with no competing traffic along Hegenberger Road and operates nonstop (for the time being) between Oakland Airport and Coliseum BART.
Norman Y. Mineta – San Jose International Airport
San Jose International Airport continues to expand its reputation as a true international airport, with international flights to Canada, Mexico, Japan, China, and soon to the United Kingdom. The shuttle services running around SJC operate similarly to San Francisco International Airport’s shuttles.
