Sonoma County Transit operates services as far north as Cloverdale and as far south as San Rafael. The agency primarily operates intra-county trips linking Santa Rosa with the rest of the county, including Sonoma, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Petaluma, and Rohnert Park, utilizing the county’s highways and major thoroughfares. SCT also provides limited, weekend-only services to Bodega Bay and Jenner in the summer, as well as services to Sonoma County Airport, located west of Windsor.

Along with Union City Transit, Sonoma County Transit is one of only two agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area that operates an all-CNG bus fleet (despite the fact that its vans are fueled with diesel).
