CalSO: A Review

18 June 2009, Thursday · Leave a Comment

I was away yesterday for an important event that, for me, is crucial to get to know more about my university, UC Berkeley, and the college and major I will be heading into… If you remember the note that I wrote over a month ago, on May 1st, I got accepted to UC Berkeley for the Fall of 2009, and yesterday, I got to know the following info (from http://students.berkeley.edu/admissions/transfer.asp):

Number of transfer applicants for Fall 2009: 13,266
Total number of accepted applicants: 3,848
Total number of actual applicants enrolled: 2,312
Acceptance rate: 29%

And here’s for my college and major for Fall 2009:

College of Environmental Design: 660 students
Urban Studies: 50 students

Here’s some of the pictures I got from the orientation. Note that most of them are exclusive to my blog…
